Welcome to Olive it Healthy 🌿 This channel is all about simple, balanced, and delicious healthy recipes that fit into real life. No extreme dieting. No complicated ingredients. Just smart cooking with clean flavors and mindful nutrition. Ingredients (serves 2) 1.5 cups full cream milk 2 tbsp chia seeds 2 tbsp fresh grated coconut 4-5 dates, soaked ½ cup ghee roasted makhana (fox nuts) ½ cup almonds ½ tsp cardamom Saffron, soaked in milk Pinch sendha namak Toppings: pistachio & pomegranate Method 1. Heat milk on low flame 2. Add blended makhana, almonds, dates and cook for 4-5 mins (kheer-like texture) 3. Add grated coconut, cardamom 4. Turn off heat & let it cool slightly 5. Add chia seeds and saffron. Mix well 6. Let it rest 10–15 mins to thicken 7. Add a pinch of sendha namak and garnish with pistachio and pomegranate. Nutrition (per serving) Calories: 440 kcal Protein: 15 g Carbohydrates: 27 g Fats: 30 g Fiber: 8 g
