Liga ACB: Magia Huesca - Oximesa Granada 17-1-1987 (Parte 2/2)

This was the fifth match of the second phase of the regular season in the A-2 Series of the 1986/87 ACB Basketball League, played at the Parque Pavilion in Huesca, with commentary by José Antonio Martín "Petón" and José Luis Trallero for the Radio Heraldo broadcast. Both teams were playing in this second phase of the A-2 after failing to finish in the top four in the even and odd groups during the first phase. They came into this match tied in the standings with two wins and two losses each, trying to avoid the bottom four positions that would force them into the relegation playoffs, which they ultimately managed to do. The Huesca team, coached by Jaime Ventura, featured Jordi Puig, Charly López Rodríguez, Brian Jackson, Granger Hall, Joan Pagés, Alberto Alocén, and Eduardo Sabater. For the Granada team, coached by Iñaki Iriarte, who would spend four magnificent years on the Peñista bench shortly afterwards, the brothers Luis and José Álvarez, Eduardo Clavero, Larry Spicer, Joe Cooper, Nacho Suárez and Gerardo Rubio took to the court.
