ACB: Argal Huesca - Juver Murcia 2º Partido Playoffs 1993 (Parte 2/2)

The second game of the relegation playoff series for the 1992/93 ACB League basketball season was played at the Parque Pavilion in Huesca on April 4, 1993, with radio commentary by Ricardo Turmo and Félix Fernández Vizarra for Radio Huesca. After many years of avoiding these dramatic playoffs, Peñas was forced into them after a difficult season. Although they had a chance to avoid them going into the final game of the regular season with a record of 11 wins and 20 losses, they were ultimately forced into the playoffs after finishing fourth from the bottom in the standings. The Murcia team, meanwhile, finished last with 7 wins and 24 losses. The series was a best-of-five, with the first two games played in Huesca, the third in Murcia, a possible fourth also in Murcia, and the hypothetical and decisive fifth game in Huesca. In the first game, the Peñista team had won, giving them a 1-0 lead in the series and the opportunity to travel to Murcia with their survival in the league practically secured. Playing for the Huesca team, coached by Ángel Navarro, were David Solé, Steve Hood, Lisard González, Reginald Slater, Irving Thomas, César Arranz, and Juan Antonio Hernández. For the Murcia team, coached by Moncho Monslave, the players were Nacho Suárez, Quique Villalobos, Brian Quinnett (formerly of the New York Knicks), Ralph McPherson, Wayne Tinkle (later with Peñista), Paco Martín, Roberto Íñiguez, and Julio Torres.
