Many of you will probably be getting together with friends for a BBQ 🍖, so I've come up with a recipe that's perfect for that! ☀️ It's a delicious taco using rice paper, which is probably in the top 50 ingredients you have left over at home! Serves 2 Taco Meat Ground mixed meat 200g Onion 1/2 Minced garlic 2 tsp ●Cumin powder 1/2 tsp ●Chili powder 1/2 tsp ●Cinnamon 1/3 tsp ●Nutmeg 1/3 tsp ●Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp ●Ketchup 2 tbsp ●Salt 1/2 tsp ●Soy sauce 1 tsp ◯Mayonnaise 4 tbsp ◯Ketchup 2 tbsp ◯Grated garlic 1/4 tsp Rice paper 2 sheets Shredded cabbage about 2 leaves' worth Tomato 1 (cut into 1cm cubes) Cheese for heating appropriate amount Eggs 2 1. Finely chop the onion. 2. Add 2 teaspoons of oil, garlic, and onion to a frying pan and sauté. 3. Once fragrant, add the ground meat and sauté. 4. Add the ingredients marked with ● to step 3 and sauté until the liquid evaporates, then remove from the pan and set aside. 5. Lightly grease the frying pan and place the rice paper in it. Cook over medium heat until lightly browned. When the edges start to curl up, crack in one egg and spread it evenly with a spoon. 6. Spread the taco meat, cabbage, tomato, and cheese on top of step 5, and drizzle with the ingredients marked with ○. 7. Once the rice paper has softened, fold it in half, increase the heat, and cook until both sides are browned. If you don't have all the spices on hand, you can use curry powder for flavor.
