Eating at Next. One of the BOLDEST Michelin Starred Restaurants in the World. Massimo Bottura Menu
I eat at and review Next restaurant in the West Loop of Chicago. Next was founded by Chef Grant Achatz, who’s the chef behind the three Michelin starred restaurant, Alinea. At its core, Next is a fine dining Michelin starred tasting menu establishment. However, Next is unique for the fact that around 3 times a year, the restaurant completely changes their whole menu and concept. When I went, the restaurant served a 9 course tasting menu that was a tribute to Massimo Bottura, who’s the chef behind the 3 Michelin starred Osteria Francescana, which has been named as the best restaurant in the world twice.
