It is approximately 26 kilometers long and is currently under application for a Class III township-to-town highway construction project to upgrade the road's grade. The scenery along this rural road is dominated by plateau grasslands and mountainous landscapes. The rural road passes through Liaoxi Township, located at the confluence of the Songnen Plain and the Liaohe Plain. Some sections offer a landscape of alternating hills and plains. In summer, the grass is lush, while in winter, it's blanketed in snow, offering breathtaking views of the snow-capped mountains.
