We examine the Prophet Muhammad's (peace be upon him) tearful recitation of verses 190 and 191 of Surah Al-Imran while looking at the sky during his Tahajjud prayer, and his warning, "Woe to him who reads these verses and does not reflect upon them." Islam has two types of verses: revealed (Tanzili) verses and created (Tekvini) verses. True piety is not merely memorizing lines from books; It is about being able to perceive God's power, artistry, and sovereignty in every moment of life, from the first light of dawn to the emotion left behind by a funeral.
