不用機器也能作的綠豆糕Chinese Mung Bean Cake

#綠豆糕 #mungbeans 食用保存方式:密封冷藏可放一週左右,如果不吃冰涼的可以室溫回溫後再吃口感更鬆軟,各有不同口感。 如果家裡有類似以下鏈接的機器就可以用機器攪打更省事(但是不建議用破壁機,因為這種機器沒加液體是無法攪拌的)。 food processor: https://www.momoshop.com.tw/goods/Goo... Ingredients 食材 • Mung bean 去皮綠豆仁 200g(未泡水前的重量) • Caster sugar 白糖 100g • Soft butter or lard 軟化黃油或豬油 100g(我個人兩種都試過,偏愛豬油版口感風味更古早味)
