In this video, I show you how to embroider toes on a custom teddy bear's paws, creating those sweet little heels that make the collectible bear more lively and expressive. First, you'll see a short clip of the most interesting moments, followed by a full master class with all the steps and my commentary. During the video, I'll show you: • How I mark the toes with a special pen and the secrets of working with it • My method for securing the thread to prevent the knot from slipping • How I shape the arch of the foot and the natural folds on the paw • How I use a reinforced foot for a beautiful toe curve • How I trim the fur after embroidering to emphasize the shape of the toes I'll also share an important feature of fabric markers that you should know before you begin.
