Making Ukrainian Cottage Cheese in Meteora | S2 EP7

Today I’m making Ukrainian cottage cheese in beautiful Meteora. It’s not American cheese — it’s a simple homemade cheese made from milk. I used 2 liters of slightly sour milk, heated it in a multicooker, waited for it to curdle, and then drained it through cheesecloth. And of course, because this is Meteora, we also got some goat visitors in the middle of the process.
