Add coconut milk and sugar. Mix until all combine. Remove any hard fibers. then add a little salt. Set aside. Wash and clean the banana leaves. If it's fresh you need to wilt them using boiled water or slowly pass through an open fire on the stove. Be careful it's hot! Wipe banana leaves with a clean dry kitchen towel. Cut into 5-6 inches Spoon a cassava mixture into the cut banana leaf Roll and secure each side by bringing them into the center. Steam for about 30 - 35 minutes or until completely cooked. Enjoy!
