Single & Double Drops 1. Spanset Flip Over Crucifix 2. Spanset Hip Key Drop (This one is painful on your inner thigh, you may get a bruise) 3. Spanset Spool Drop 4. Spanset Front Salto 5. Spanset Back Salto The reason I'm low is you need a 6 foot spanset to do most of the spanset drops. You need enough room to climb and go into your moves. The drops on this video are very dangeous, as are the moves on all my videos. But specifically this one.
