How to Make Wing Bounce on Märklin Semaphore Signal 70391-70394 & 70411-70414 (Tutorial 02)

When you buy the Märklin semaphore signal it is set for slow movement. However, you can change this behavior to bouncing. In this tutorial it is shown how to change behavior for the latest generation with MFX (70393, 70394, 70313 & 70314) and the modern generation without MFX (70391, 70392, 70411 & 70412) of semaphore signals. The tutorial will shown how to change to bouncing on both the Mobile Station 2 and the Central Station 3.
