The day starts on a cold, cloudy December morning with my first collection, followed by returning to the yard to drop the trailer and swap for a new one. After that, I head to Wythenshawe to collect a full load for a same-day delivery to Rochdale. This job required manual loading using a pump truck, and the pallets were extremely heavy — luckily, someone on site helped me get it done. Just another reminder that trucking isn’t only about driving. After the drop, I return for one final collection at the same place as the first stop of the morning.
