Avoid aluminum foil molds or thin, rigid silicone molds in this video, as they tend to be too sticky. 2️⃣ Avoid Mixing Zinc Oxide with Alcohol – If you're creating a white layer, do not mix zinc oxide with alcohol—it won’t set properly. Instead, try melting zinc oxide directly into the amino acid soap. 3️⃣ Melting Temperature Matters – Amino acid soap has a higher melting point (around 90°C–95°C). A slow cooker takes too long, so using a microwave is a much better option. 4️⃣ Freeze Between Layers – Freezing the soap between each layer helps it set faster and improves the final result. 5️⃣ No Alcohol Needed – Spraying alcohol isn’t necessary. If the soap is too hot, it will create bubbles—just wait a bit, and they’ll disappear on their own.
