Welcome to our brand new historical adventure series 'The Rise & Fall of the Monasteries'! Join Dan Jones on his brand new adventure for 2023 as he explores the architectural legacy left by the medieval monastery. Over nine episode coming throughout the year Dan will uncover the story of England as he charts the rise and fall of the monasteries. Starting in the 7th century and concluding in the 16th century, this is a story with epic heroes and the ultimate villain.
