A tiny, majority Catholic nation located right in the middle of the majority Muslim Indonesian archipelago, it became the newest country in Asia in 2002. But to get independence, it had to go through some real shiiiii... I arrived there on the day of a solar eclipse. Outside of the rare Australian who got on the wrong flight to Bali, tourists don't come here. In fact, it's hard to even take out money.
