Lightly fry the bacon, onions, and carrots, then pour in the sauce. Add the remaining onions and carrots, mushrooms, cheese, lettuce, and noodles, arrange them in wedges, and pour in the sauce until just barely covering the ingredients. For the broth you will need: Drinking water - 1 liter Mirin rice wine - 100 ml Sugar - 150 g Soy sauce - 400 ml Ingredients: Wagyu beef Starch noodles (funchoza) Pak choi (Azbuka Vkusa) or Chinese cabbage Carrots Parei onions Green onions Onions Shiitake mushrooms Enoki mushrooms Eryngii mushrooms Tofu Raw egg (used as a sauce or an ingredient) Different provinces prepare the dish differently. In Kanto, beef is added to the soup along with vegetables. In Kansai, beef is fried. Lightly fried meat is sprinkled with sugar or drizzled with syrup, then topped with soy sauce. After this, add the vegetables and simmer everything together. The key is to avoid frying meat and juicy vegetables at the same time. In Hokkaido and Niigata, pork is preferred. In Shiga and Aichi Prefectures, you can find sukiyaki with chicken. In Owari, Aichi Prefecture, sukiyaki with chicken is known as hikizuri, while sukiyaki refers to regular sukiyaki with beef.
