I'll also be uploading various other videos, so please enjoy! ♢Subscribe to my channel here!    / mocomichihayami   ♢Instagram   / mocomichi_hayami   ♢Twitter   / hayami_m_staff   You can change the subtitles by clicking the [Subtitles] settings button. ◎Fish & Chips [Ingredients/Quantity] 1 potato Oil to taste Cilantro: 4-5 stalks Red chili pepper: 1 Salt and pepper to taste 300g white fish (sea bass, fillet) [A] Basil: 3-4 leaves Carrot: 1/2 piece Lemongrass: 1/2 stalk Fish sauce: 1 tablespoon Salt and pepper to taste Flour: to taste [B] Flour: 100g Baking soda: 1/2 teaspoon Beer: 80ml Lime: 1 [Cooking Steps] 1. Thinly slice the potatoes and deep-fry them in oil at about 170°C until golden brown. Then coat with salt, pepper, chopped cilantro, and red chili pepper. ② Cut the white fish into strips, season with salt and ingredients A (coarsely chopped basil, grated carrot, finely chopped lemongrass), and coat in flour. ③ Mix ingredients B to make a batter, then dip the fish into ingredients B.
