Updates -- Two Lane Quarter Mile, Giveaways, and What We're Measuring | Peak Speed Lab 1:64

Taking a few days off but wanted to check in before heading out. A lot is happening at Peak Speed Lab and this video covers all of it. First -- the Batman Silver Series box set giveaway is still live. We are at 56 subscribers heading to 66. When we hit it, one subscriber gets the full unopened set. Keep watching, keep sharing. Easter Eggs are also still hidden in the videos for anyone paying close attention. More giveaways are planned as the channel grows -- the Elite 64 Pagani Huayra R and the Porsche 963 Real Riders are both in the pipeline. Big equipment update: a PlayRobotics starting gate has been acquired for the 1:64 Scale Quarter Mile Drag Strip. This means the track is going two lanes. Two cars at a time. The geometry stays exactly the same -- same ramp angle, same transition length, same 20.625 foot scale quarter mile. The starting gate just adds a simultaneous launch so both cars hit the Cook's Projects Race Gate at the same time and the comparison is direct. This is a significant upgrade to the protocol. Quick reminder of what Peak Speed Lab actually measures and tests for each car: Short Form Drag Strip: weight and weight class, Hub-to-Hub width (front and rear), and CoG tipping angle. Then 20 warm-up laps followed by 10 official laps, averaged for time in seconds. 1:64 Scale Quarter Mile Drag Strip: no warm-up, 3 official runs, averaged for MPH and KPH. Scale speed (actual x 64) also reported. Distance Track: no warm-up, 1 run, measured in feet and inches (plus metric conversions). All results feed into a composite Lab Score that determines the Top 10 in each tire category -- Plastic Tires and Rubber Tires -- a running leaderboard that updates as more cars and more tracks come online. A viewer requested that the data file be overlaid in the video during updates -- working on that. More to come. Full data logged -- Peak Speed Lab 1:64 | Slot Rods LLC 📌 Peak Speed Lab check-in -- away for a few days but The Lab keeps moving. Giveaway: Batmobile Silver Series at 66 subscribers. Currently at 26. Easter Eggs still active -- has anyone found them? Equipment upgrade: PlayRobotics starting gate acquired -- Quarter Mile goes two lanes. Geometry unchanged. Three test tracks: Short Form (time), Quarter Mile (MPH/KPH + scale speed), Distance (feet/inches). Two car measurements: weight/weight class + Hub-to-Hub + CoG tipping angle. Lab Score = composite ranking across all three tracks. Top 10 per tire category. Running leaderboard. Future giveaways: Elite 64 Pagani Huayra R and Porsche 963 Real Riders in the pipeline. The ramp decides who wins -- and the gate decides how fast.
