I Left a Comment I Knew Would Hurt...But Christian Women Need to Hear This

Today's video is a difficult confession. I Left a Comment on another Christian creator's channel that I knew would be painful to read. I didn't write it out of anger (although I am in the angry stage of grief right now). I prayed before I posted it because I believe Christian Women are being taught a dangerous misunderstanding of the Proverbs 31 woman. For years I embraced the same teaching--that a godly wife should become completely dependent on her husband. My own life has shown me the devastating consequences of that belief. The Proverbs 31 woman was industrious. She bought land, planted vineyards, traded merchandise, and managed resources wisely. Scripture presents her as a faithful wife, loving mother, and capable businesswoman who, evidently didn't mingle business or money with her husband's resources. This isn't about rejecting biblical marriage. It's about rejecting a modern interpretation that leaves many women vulnerable when life doesn't go as planned. If my experience can spare another woman from unnecessary suffering, then having an uncomfortable conversation is worth it. I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments.
