Medical/Mental Health Leave of Absences

Are you in need for taking care of yourself by giving yourself some more time to work on yourself and your mental health? Do you have some type of mental heatlh struggle that is prevelant in your life today and you are feeling like nothing seems to be stopping you from wanting to quit? This is why I created this video as I wanted to shed light on mental health related leave of absences and how they can impact you and I positively. This goes for you especially if you have a mental illness or health condition. I speak directly from experience as I mentioned my medical leave of absence from my employer Fred Meyer in 2018 and my past employer Eastridge Workforce Solutions for some time.
