Self proclaimed programmer STRUGGLES to read a psychology research paper
My first read through Albert Bandura's research paper titled "Self-efficacy: Toward a Unifying Theory of Behavioral Change". The theory provides a basis for behavioral change, which I think is very helpful for anyone who wants to break free from avoidance behavior. It is especially useful for programmers who are experiencing a period of self doubts like I do. Disclaimer: This is NOT an analysis of the paper and my ideas are NOT to be trusted or followed. Please contact a trusted adult if you ever want to follow anyone's online individual.
