Most digital products out there are boring. In a way it comes from the predictability (Jakob's law) that UX brings to the table - if it works why reinvent the wheel, right? Products should first and foremost be functional - obviously. They do need to do the task they're made to do, but is that really all we expect? I don't believe that's the case so I'm starting a new series showing you delightfully created digital products - with examples, analysis and delightful awards at the end of the year :) UX/UI Design doesn't have to be all about a design system - consumer facing products need that delight!
