So, this video is recommended even for beginners. ****** ◆Ingredients (serves 2) Pork shoulder: 250g Yogurt (unsweetened): 50g Vinegar: 1 teaspoon Salt: 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper: to taste Onion: 1 medium (approx. 200g) Ginger: 15g Garlic: 2 cloves Butter: 20g Oil: 1 tablespoon Chopped tomatoes: 100g Water: 350ml Yogurt (unsweetened): 50g Soy sauce: 1/2 tablespoon Kasuri methi: to taste Garam masala (for garnish): 1/4 teaspoon A Whole Spices Bay leaf: 1 leaf Cardamom: 4 pods Cloves: 4 pods Fenugreek: 1/2 teaspoon Coriander seeds: 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds: 1/2 teaspoon B Powdered Spices Coriander: 1 tablespoon Cumin: 1 teaspoon Garam Masala: 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper: 1 teaspoon Cardamom: 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric: 1/4 teaspoon Salt: 1.5 teaspoons For "quantity for ◯ servings," please refer to the video linked below:    • 【必見】◯◯人分のスパイスカレーを作るにはどうすれば良いか【お役立ち解説】   We cannot respond to individual questions in the comments section. ****** ◆Cooking Process 1. Cut the pork shoulder into bite-sized pieces and combine with everything marked with an *. Marinate in the refrigerator. 2. Finely chop the onion. Finely chop the ginger and garlic. 3. Heat the butter and oil in a pot. Once the butter is melted, add the whole spices (A) and temper. 4. Add the ginger and garlic and heat. 5. Add the onion and stir-fry. 6. Add the chopped tomatoes and stir-fry. 7. B Add the powdered spices and salt, and stir-fry briefly. 8. Remove the paste and fry the pork shoulder in the same pot. 9. Return the paste to the pot, add water, and bring to a boil. 10. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, add the yogurt and soy sauce, then cover and simmer for about 30 minutes. 11. Add the kasuri methi and garam masala.
