In March 2012, he underwent a radical hysterectomy. In May 2013, he developed lymphedema as a complication. He is still undergoing treatment. In March 2017, five years after surgery, his cervical cancer recurred. Chemotherapy and radiation therapy were successful. In November of the same year, metastasis to the lungs and lymph nodes was discovered, resulting in a third recurrence. He underwent chemotherapy from January 2018 to January 2019. He is currently undergoing follow-up observation for his advanced and recurrent cancer. January 2023: Recurrence (repeated recurrence) of the lymphedema in the abdominal para-aortic lymph nodes was discovered. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ August 2015: Launched the lymphedema information exchange website "Siesta."
