CHICKEN COOKED WITH SAUCE SAUCE Ingredients 1: 500 gr Chicken Thigh Fillet 1 sachet of Desaku Marinade Seasoning 3 tbsp Water Ingredients 2: 3 tbsp Cooking Oil (for sautéing) 8 Shallots (chopped) 2 cm Ginger (crushed) 3 cm Galangal (crushed) 2 pieces of Bay Leaves Ingredients 3 (mixed): 5 tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce 1 tsp Ladaku 1 sachet Garlic Powder 3 tbsp Water Ingredients 4: 250 ml Water How to Make: 1. Mix ingredients 1 (in a container, Desaku Marinade Seasoning, and water) shake until well blended, let stand for at least 30 minutes. 2. Saute the shallots until fragrant. 3. Add ginger, galangal and bay leaves, stir-fry again until wilted. 4. Add marinated chicken, cook until chicken changes color. 5. Add mixture of ingredients 3 (sweet soy sauce, Ladaku, Garlic Powder, and water), let the soy sauce foam. 6. Add 250 ml of water, cook until chicken is tender. 7.
