Brazo Gitano de Salmón Un bocado divino

Today we're making this Salmon and Red Caviar Imitation Roll. A divine treat to enjoy cold. It's a sponge cake base that we easily fill with salmon and caviar imitation. Then we decorate it however we like and keep it covered in the refrigerator until ready to serve. It can be made one or two days in advance. Here are the ingredients for the Salmon Swiss Roll: 4 fresh eggs (sizes M-L) 120 grams of wheat flour 90 grams of sugar --- ingredients for the Swiss Roll filling: 200 grams of smoked salmon 25 grams of red caviar or substitute 2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise for garnish: 1-2 tablespoons of mayonnaise sliced sweet and sour gherkins lamb's lettuce and cherry tomatoes --- You can find more information about this recipe on the blog; https://laempanalightdebego.blogspot....
