This time, I took a 2-night, 3-day solo gourmet trip to Seoul, South Korea. My theme was "A Seoul trip where not a single meal is wasted." Within my limited time, I visited restaurants I've been to many times and those I've been curious about, from a local area serving 24-hour pork ribs, to a must-try breakfast soup with constant queues of locals, and a famous Myeongdong restaurant that's easy for solo Japanese travelers to enter. Following my Busan gourmet trip, I've honestly reviewed each restaurant, focusing on whether they were easy to enter alone and how the food tasted. I've been on a winning streak with Korean cuisine, but this time, there was one meal that was, frankly, a little disappointing. I've shared not only the good restaurants but also my honest impressions of the places I actually visited.
