Baby Wearing Yoga Series: Gentle Seated Yoga Poses for Beginners | Postnatal Yoga with Baby Wrap

In this baby wearing yoga practice we will explore various gentle seated yoga poses designed for beginners and postpartum. These seated stretches focus on opening the shoulders, upper back, hips and hamstrings to release tension and promote relaxation. Baby wearing encourages mommy baby bonding and can help relieve anxiety for new mothers. Snuggle up with your little one in a wrap or similar style carrier that you can sit in comfortably.
