In this video, we remove the VW T5 AC blower system and take the next big step in the interior upgrade by trial fitting the upgraded VW T6 blower system together with the T6 dashboard. With the T5 dashboard already out, this is the perfect time to tackle the HVAC system. We strip out the original T5 blower unit and compare it to the newer T6 system to see how realistic this upgrade will be. This trial fitment gives a proper look at space, mounting differences, and what modifications might be needed to make the conversion work.
