In this video, we finally start working on the VW T5, moving away from stripping the Passat donor and shifting focus to the vehicle that will receive all the parts. The first step is removing the front seats and preparing the dashboard for removal, which is essential before tackling wiring, HVAC, and major interior work. I show how the front seats come out, what needs to be disconnected, and how I prep the dashboard so it can be removed cleanly in the next episode. This stage is all about access and preparation, making sure the T5 interior is ready for the bigger work ahead.
