The big Rahui of the Austral Islands
There are places on this earth that are blessed by the gods, and it seems that the Austral archipelago, in French Polynesia, is one of them. This documentary gives voice to Austral islanders, mayors, fishermen, teachers, associations, to present their project to create a large marine reserve in their waters. It was directed by the award winning director, Jacques Navarro, and produced by the Pew Charitable Trusts (scenario: Jérôme Noël Petit).
