FIX Faulty Anti-Jam Sensor on Staples Titanium Cutter Paper Shredder for $0
Staples Titanium cutter paper shredder SPL-TMC16A. Anti-Jam sensor preventing shredder from working properly. Shredder NOT jammed but sensor thinks it is. Anti-Jam light turns on. The slotted optical switch which is the primary component of the jam sensor has probably failed. You can get the machine to work with the Anti-Jam feature disabled by simply disconnecting the sensor. This video shows you how to disconnect the anti-jamb sensor. The anti-jamb sensor simply attempts to prevent the shredder from operating if it thinks the thickness of the papers exceeds the machine's capacity.
