21 Minute HIIT Workout
In this 21 Minute HIIT Workout we are going to target the entire body while getting our heart rate up and keeping it up for this whole workout! My mission is to make you go hard until the end so you can burn around 222 calories like I did today! We will go through 6 exercises in circuit style format and then finish with 3 rounds of a 7th exercise to really torch the calories in the final minutes of the workout! This HIIT workout will also work on your respiratory and muscular endurance as I ask you to work for a longer period of time than most HIIT workouts-we will work for 40 seconds and rest for 20 seconds today.
