How to Make Really Good Chocolate Cake (Gluten Free)

I followed the recipe exactly and didn't change anything... Filmed by ‪@KevinYellow‬ Cake Ingredients: 1 1/2 Cups granulated sugar 2 Cups gluten-free flour 3/4 Cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1 1/2 teaspoons gluten-free baking powder 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda 1 Teaspoon salt 2 eggs 1 Cup milk 1/2 Cup vegetable oil 1 1/2 Teaspoons vanilla extract 3/4 Cup boiling water Frosting Ingredients: 1 Cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels 1 Cup (1/2 pint) heavy cream Cake Instructions: -Preheat oven to 350°F -Grease a 9in x 9in cake pan -In a large mixing bowl, stir together dry ingredients: sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt -Add in the wet ingredients: eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. -Mix well for about 2 minutes -Stir in boiling water -Pour batter into greased pan -Bake for 35 to 38 minutes -Let cool for about 30 minutes before adding frosting Frosting Instructions: -Add chocolate morsels to a medium sized bowl -Pour heavy cream into a sauce pan at medium-low/medium heat -Heat heavy cream until bubbling on edges -Pour heavy cream over chocolate morsels and stir slowly for 5-10 minutes or until completely incorporated -Let cool for 1 to 2 hours or until desired thickness -Spread evenly over cake -Enjoy! -Yum that was really good Original recipes: https://www.glutenfreepalate.com/easy... https://sallysbakingaddiction.com/cho...
