Harley Quinn | Batman Arkham City | Harley's Revenge Makeup

Batman Arkham City has easily become one of my favourite games I can't wait for the release of Arkham Origins now :) I honestly love all the character designs in this game, from their clothes, to their henchmen, to their voice actors ♥ Harley Quinn is fantastic and I adore her in 'Harley's Revenge' - still wonderfully psychotic but intensely pissed off. Makes a great combination! The veil idea would definitely work better with black hair like she has. My hair is just a little too porous to risk putting temporary black spray on it and not having it stain ^_^ Hope you enjoy!
