Rainbow Girl | Harlequin Clown | Makeup Tutorial

Every once and a while I get the urge to do a rainbow look ^.^ Just can't seem to help myself For this one I got to play around with my Sugarpill palettes I haven't really tried using them all together yet I absolutely love the "harlequin lines" under the eyes for any look For some reason they just read so well!
