Raspberry Belgian Blonde Gone Wrong, Home Brew Clubs, and Beer Competitions

Penny made a Raspberry Belgian Blonde for a local home brew club competition and also entered it into the LAB open. Spoiler alert, he didn't win either of them. We also talk about homebrew clubs, and entering beer competitions. Both of them are great, and you should do both! Your friends will always tell you that your beer is good. An anonymous judge is far more likely to be honest with you if your homebrew is gash. The recipe he used is below, but you might want to change it up if you like it to be more "Belgian" 3.5kg Pale Malt 750g Pale Wheat Malt 100g Carapils 500g Candi Sugar 2.4kg Raspberries Mash Step 1 - 66°C for 60 minutes Mash Out - 75°C for 10 minutes 16g Saaz - 60 minutes 16g Saaz - 10 minutes M47 Belgian Abbey Yeast
