Just when I thought we almost seen it all, this project proved me wrong as I was taken by surprised again and again throughout the tour. In terms of location, Parc 3 is right next to Sunway Velocity, Taman Maluri MRT station, Aeon Mall and other local amenities around. My favourite component would be the massive public park directly in front of the project. It just gives a different vibe to the project although it's located within a very high density location surrounding by apartments, offices and towers. Personally, I'm very impressed with the translation of concept from nature along with the adaptation of the patterns throughout the entire architecture. It's just so thoughtful and impressive. Unfortunately, the unit didn't feel as interesting compared to the common areas. It's pretty standard but the facilities deck, herb farm and sky deck just set the benchmark way too high.
