WolfQuest Anniversary Edition - Single Mother Challenge - Year 2 - Dangerous Moose and A New Litter

Heading into her fourth year of life, Keres picks out the same den she loved the last year, and has her new litter of pups that will be named after bugs like their father. She and Mantis head out to hunt and Mantis gets them in over their heads deciding to hunt a moose they run past. Keres takes a very hard kick to her side, thankfully not breaking any ribs and Mantis loses his life to the moose, leading Keres to have a bit of a fear of moose growing like her fear of bison from her previous mate Trident dying to a bison. She is a single mother yet again without another parent wolf to care for the pups, but she does have her yearlings, and she will rely on them heavily in the coming months. This is a single parent and black widow legacy wolf challenge. All of the wolves of the Maelstrom pack will be single parents, meaning they won't have a mate which brings down the max affinity to 75% and they do not have another wolf to help defend pups, or hunt, or keep pups out of the grass so they can get their hunting up. To make it even more difficult, you have to play on accurate as an iron wolf, but there are no stat requirements. The first year was the hardest for Keres since she had no one to help her, but she made the most of it all the same and she loves the pups she raised herself, along with her newest litter of tiny pups.
