Learning to Trust Your Own Experience
For a long time I didn’t trust myself. I would replay every decision, question how I felt, and look to other people’s experiences to figure out what I should do. I thought everyone else knew better than me. I’m learning that you can listen to advice, stay curious, and have empathy without letting it override your own voice. This isn’t about ignoring people. It’s about learning to trust your own experiences too. If you’ve ever struggled with second-guessing yourself or constantly looking outside of yourself for answers, I hope this reminds you that your perspective matters too. 🤍
