The head of the Civil Protection Secretariat (PC), Guadalupe Osorno Maldonado, confirmed that two young people died while attempting to cross the La Raya River on a motorcycle, traveling from the town of Ranchito de Las Ánimas to the towns of Cerro Gordo and Vista Hermosa.
