In Tamaulipas, high in the Sierra Madre Oriental, lives a man who chose to live alone in the mountains. And today, we'll meet him. Reaching Don Horacio is quite an adventure; we'll travel through the Sierra Madre Oriental, one of Mexico's oldest mountain ranges. To get to Don Horacio, we'll journey through part of the Sierra Madre Oriental, Mexico's oldest mountain range, amidst endemic plants and breathtaking views, which will lead us to La Reja, a summit with a panoramic vista of the mountains surrounding Ciudad Victoria, the capital of Tamaulipas.
