«En 1/2 heure tu es sur Pluton!» : le HHC, la poule aux œufs d’or des magasins de CBD ? (reupload)

"It's a legal high," summarizes the seller at a Parisian CBD shop. Whether in flower, resin, vape, or candy form, behind his counter, the merchant promotes new HHC-based products. A synthetic cannabis derivative that's all the rage in stores and whose effects are said to be similar to THC, a substance banned in France. "I haven't stopped selling it since November," says another merchant in the capital. For his customers, buying HHC in the shop is a way to "rediscover the recreational aspect of cannabis" without "going through a dealer" and having "the feeling of doing something illegal." Following rulings by the Court of Justice of the European Union and the Council of State, HHC, like many hemp derivatives, circulates freely on French markets.
