A thorough physical examination from head to toe helps identify piriformis syndrome and differentiate it from, for example, a herniated disc. We will show you the examination and treatment options using trigger point massage and kinesio tape. You can also perform the trigger point massage yourself using a firm ball (such as a squash ball).
