Hi everyone! The rainy season is here, and all this rain is really slowing down my progress. The original front fender wasn't just cracked—the material was so badly weathered and deteriorated that it was practically turning to powder and snapping at the slightest touch. So, I gave up on repairing it. But hey, since I have to replace it anyway, I got the urge to do some custom work! I figured aluminum would look way cooler than plastic. So, I bought a beat-up aftermarket fender originally meant for a HONDA GB250, and I’m going to try hammering it out to reshape it. Also, continuing with the tuning/carb tuning... I started thinking that the ignition might be unstable because there's no battery installed. So, I went ahead and mounted one to see what happens.
