ZX7R COMPLETE TIME LAPSE | 1999 KAWASAKI ZX7R | BUILDING A ZX7R IN 60 MINUTES!

Welcome to ANOTHER ZX7R video. If you are a returning visitor to my channel, the ZX7R might look familiar. That is because I have started a ZX7R series before in the past. That series didn't turn out to well as the bike I chose to rebuild had serious engine issues. You can see in my other videos I dropped the engine and started the tear down process, only to be stopped by lack of knowledge. I did what I could but ultimately I was not able to finish that project. Still having the itch to add a ZX7R to my collection i was able to pick up this one for a great deal. Although it looks "decent" in the beginning of the video, it very much needed an overhaul. Here's a little about the bike when I purchased it: 40,000 miles aftermarket Chinese fairings intermittent starting issues general maintenance and TLC needed hot start problems coolant leaks I am unsure if I should label this series as a "bike rebuild". Having done so in the past with other bikes, many people disagreed with that title because I didn't perform an "engine modifications". Or "you didn't rebuild the whole bike". Well to me, being a beginner, this is what a bike rebuild looks like to me. This is not a "full motorcycle restoration" where I touch every nut and bolt. Simply put, this is one of my dream motorcycles that I will build MY WAY! I will not be going all OEM. I would like to build it exactly how I have it envisioned in my head! The bike turned out better than I ever expected. It is so much fun to ride and always puts a grin on my face! Well, it's time to revive the 90's.
