Multi-Day Severe Outbreak in Ontario | June 30-July 3, 2026
I chased storms throughout the week in South Central and Eastern Ontario. NW flow over a strong ridge of hot/humid environment gave chance for severe weather every day. Some of the strongest storms were in Eastern Ontario on June 30th. An EF-1 tornado touched down about 10km to my east on that line of storms north of Kingston. The other storms I chased were on the lower end of the severe scale with some damaging winds in areas north of Toronto on July 1st and 3rd.
