Now, after pursuing legal action, MAN and his family hope that the case he reported will be processed fairly. The victim stated that she and the Tegal City Police officer were in a secret marriage. The criminal case is currently being handled by the National Police Criminal Investigation Unit, while the ethics and disciplinary investigation is being conducted by the Central Java Regional Police's Propam Division. The Central Java Regional Police have also detained First Inspector N for questioning. However, to date, there has been no court ruling declaring the defendant guilty.
